Dr Salinas grew up in the RGV , Graduated from University of  Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas  and completed his residency training atesidency at Danbury Hospital, Western Connecticut .Dr Salinas has  been in the Mcallen area treating patients and educating students and residents successfully  for over 10 years , has special interest in minimally invasive surgery and high risk obstetrics
